DynaFlow™ range presents six series of nozzles catering to diverse market segments including packaging, personal care, medical, automotive, electrical and electronics. These nozzles feature the innovative OptiHeat technology, providing a thermal profile with a variance of +/-10% from entry to exit, coupled with the convenience of sleeve heaters.

All series of nozzles share the same length across all gating styles, making it a breeze for mold designers while working with DynaFlow™ systems.

DynaFlow™ offers six gating style options in each nozzle series, catering to a broad spectrum of resin types and gate cosmetic requirements. There are three thermal gate configurations in total for tip and sprue gates, and three valve gates as listed below.

All nozzle and gate cut-outs conform to industry standard dimensions with minimal footprint, facilitating seamless integration. Additionally, specialized gating styles are offered for applications involving short-cycle caps & closures, polyvinyl chloride, and metal injection molding.

Within this category, we provide manifold systems designed specifically for multi-color and multi-material applications as well as stack tools. For stack systems, our offerings feature an innovative Sprue bar solution equipped with anti-drool mechanism, ensuring efficient and controlled melt transfer.

For single valve gate applications (SVG), units are available with air actuation and water cooling, ensuring support for high-temperature applications.
